Mental Health in Agriculture
There are few life choices that guarantee the ups and downs that a career in agriculture holds. One hour long storm can destroy a year worth of effort. A disease can wipe out livestock. Commodity prices can plummet at exactly the wrong time. Add to all of this long days, and isolation. It comes as no surprise that the suicide rate among farmers is higher than many other occupations.
We live in a time where resources are accessible, and we need to work diligently to erase the stigma attached to seeking help. We are devoted to helping people find the resources they need, exactly when they need it.
If you need help with the weight you're carrying, connect with the people who can help.
