LaGrange, Ga. and Madison, Wisc. (AgPR) | The Agricultural Communicators Network (ACN, formerly AAEA) announces students interested in agricultural communications may now become members for free thanks to the Wisconsin-based Filament agricultural public relations and marketing communications agency. We all know the importance of cultivating a relationship with and supporting the next generation of Ag Communicators. The ACN Membership Committee has been brainstorming new ways to get students in the field of communications engaged with ACN and retain them as members as they enter the workforce and their professional careers. To help achieve this, Filament has graciously agreed to sponsor up to 50 free student memberships in 2023. "Ag communicators are changing the value of agriculture. This mission closely aligns with our own," says Kayla Jentz, Chief Business Officer of Operations at Filament. "The best work starts with collaboration and innovation – a spark we are proud to ignite through our sponsorship with the Agricultural Communicators Network." This partnership with ACN allows student members to receive discounts to Ag Media Summit, list their resumes on the ACN website, have access to unique mentoring opportunities, and make lifelong connections with other Ag Comm professionals. Students can apply or be nominated for membership. Please share this with interested students and/or nominate a student today! Thank you, Filament Ag, for investing in the future of Ag Communicators! The application is available at this link: https://bit.ly/40D2DdJ. About Filament At Filament, our agriculture experience and marketing expertise are inseparable.
